About Me

I am an associate professor in the Department of City and Regional Planning at Penn. I direct the smart city concentration within our Masters in City Planning program. This is my first time teaching PPA. I have previously taught Sensing the City (an Arduino-based course on using microsensors for dynamic and responsive cities) and GIS.
